The Hobart 922032 Convection Oven GS Thermostat adjusts the temperature inside the unit by expanding and contracting a fluid inside the appliance. This movement causes a mechanical switch to open or close the gas valve to keep the temperature in the chamber between 200°F and 550°F. The part is usually installed at the back of the front control panel and the dial interface is directly attached to the internal calibration mechanism. This equipment provides heat accuracy over a wide thermal range in high-volume production.
