The Middleby Marshall A7957 Vacuum Breaker controls pressure changes in compatible commercial equipment water systems by allowing air to enter the line when vacuum conditions develop. It works through a 1/2-inch NPT threaded connection and is rated for 125 PSI with a maximum operating temperature of 180°F to regulate water flow direction within the system.
