The Alto-Shaam PE-26710 Oven Panel Overlay works by substituting the current and provides a new interface in which to control the operations of the oven. It also enables users to use its labeled touch points to adjust temperature, timers and cooking modes, which makes it to use. The overlay is easy to install, as it can be placed on the front panel of the 500-TH/III model, and the existing buttons and indicators are aligned with it. This part is a direct replacement to ensure that the controls of the oven continue to work, but it also changes the look and usability of the oven.
