The APW 3P-HFW12DS-120 Hot Food Well Rectangular HFW-12D W/DR uses electrical power to convert into thermal energy on the surface of the well to store hot prepared foods. The internal heating elements provide even heating to the compartment when operating on 120 volts and maintain food at the right serving temperatures. This hot food well is mounted on a counter or equipment frame, and it is mounted in such a manner that it will hold pans and trays in place. Adequate positioning provides even distribution of heat.
