The APW 3P-TM90DS6 Hot Food Well Assembly With Drain is an in-built heating component to warm up a water bath and distribute thermal energy uniformly to food pans. The temperature is controlled using the control interface to ensure serving heat and the surplus water may be discharged using the drain. The assembly is attached to a cutout of a serving line that is under regular-sized pans. It is a well-designed, self-contained well that accommodates wet operation of soups, sauces and prepared food items. The drain connection also eases the process of changing water during service and shutdown, electrical connections and fittings.
