The APW APW56428 Thermostat controls the flow of electrical power to the heating system by detecting temperature changes and switching the circuit as required during operation. It continuously monitors heat levels through its sensing section to support maintaining the selected temperature while the equipment is in operation. Designed with a 100–550°F operating range, a 1/4" x 5-9/16" sensing bulb, and a 72" capillary tube, the part matches the temperature control requirements of compatible equipment, while the KA defines the type. It is mounted inside the control system with the sensing bulb positioned in the heated area and is used in commercial cooking equipment for regulated heat operation.
