The Bakers Pride BKPM1020X Thermostat senses heat and switches an electrical circuit at the selected temperature. A 1/4" diameter bulb measuring, 5-9/16" long forms the temperature sensitive section. The 72" capillary links that sensing section with the control structure. The temperature selection covers 100° through 550°F, and KA identifies the type. As thermal conditions change, the sensing response shifts internal contacts between open and closed states. That change alters heater continuity, allowing electrical input to cycle in connection to the selected thermal setting.
