The Bakers Pride AS-1200500 Blower Wheel CCW is an Oven replacement part suitable for series X300, X500, and X700. This blower wheel has a bore of 5/8”, diameter of 9-7/8”, and a depth of 1-5/8”. The inner wheel is 5-1/4” in diameter. A concave shape, a smooth hub and a counter clockwise rotation contribute to better air flow, which in turn provides better performance of the oven. It is simple to mount the wheel with just two set screws. Used especially to remedy uneven heating and enhance performance, uniformity and dependability, revolutionary for use in commercial food establishments.
