APW AS-82553800 Cheesemelter Quartz Element 19-5/8" 1200W 240V 1PH

The APW AS-82553800 Cheesemelter Quartz Element produces radiant heat when electrical current passes through its internal heating element. As energy moves through the assembly, heat radiates outward into the surrounding chamber and nearby cooking area. This part is mounted inside the designated heating section of compatible commercial cooking equipment. Its 19-5/8" length defines the required span, while the 1200W rating identifies the heat output during operation. A 240V and single-phase electrical supply powers the element through its connected terminals. It operates during cooking and warming cycles, transferring generated heat toward food and surrounding surfaces within commercial foodservice appliances.
