APW 82553800 Cheesemelter Quartz Element 19-5/8" 1200W 240V 1PH

The APW 82553800 Cheesemelter Quartz Element creates radiant heat as electrical current passes through its internal heating material. The generated energy radiates outward, warming the surrounding chamber and nearby cooking surfaces during operation. This assembly is installed in the designated heating area of compatible commercial cooking equipment. Its 1200W rating identifies the heat output with single-phase, while the 19-5/8" length establishes the required span within the mounting space. The part operates from a 240V electrical supply through its connected terminals. It is used during cooking and warming cycles where radiant heating is required inside commercial foodservice appliances.
