The Bakers Pride AS-M1019X Thermostat Kit with Bulb 3/16" X 12-1/4" is a temperature sensor that uses its sensing bulb to transmit data to the control system of the cooker in order to control the heat. The 12 1/4" bulb and 3/16" capillary enable the insertion of the sensing element where accurate input is required.
