The T&S Brass B1210 Steam Safety Relief Valve 15 PSI 3/4" Male X 3/4" Female 3/4" Bronze is designed for compatible commercial equipment. It is installed in the steam circuit where it monitors pressure within the connected vessel or piping. When system pressure reaches the specified setting the valve opens to discharge steam and reduce internal pressure. As pressure decreases the valve returns to its closed position to maintain the steam circuit. The valve works with the surrounding piping and pressure system to provide controlled pressure relief during normal steam equipment operation.
