The Pitco B6683203C Pump/Motor Assembly 115/230V is a liquid circulation pump that operates on an electric motor to rotate an internal pump mechanism to transfer fluid at up to 8 gallons per minute. The motor, when switched on, rotates the pump parts, generating the pressure required to pump liquid through the interconnected lines in the system. This is normally fitted in the filtration or fluid circulation part of the fryer where it is connected to the filtration plumbing, and electrical supply.
