The Pitco PTB6683203C Pump/Motor Assembly circulates the oil in the filtration system with the support of a motor-driven pump that circulates the oil at the 8 gallons a minute. The motor transforms electrical energy from 115/230V supply to rotary motion which moves the pump to pump oil through the lines as the filtration process occurs. This is fitted in the filtration compartment of the fryer where it is attached to the oil reservoir and filtration plumbing. Its design enables the system to transfer oil between the fryer tank and filter elements and facilitates the work of the oil filtration cycle.
