The Magikitch'N B6700604-C Temperature Probe detects the heat within the cooking system and sends thermal readings to the equipments control components for monitoring and adjustment purposes. It continuously detects changes in heat level allowing the control system to respond according to programmed operating settings. This is positioned inside the tank of a compatible commercial system where it remains exposed to the cooking medium to track temperature conditions during operation. It is designed to interface with the system control circuitry as part of the temperature sensing system.
