The Pitco PTB6700604 Temperature Probe is designed to detect and track thermal conditions within the fryer during operation. It converts heat measurements into electrical signals that are transmitted to the control board allowing the system to monitor and respond to changes in cooking temperatures. This is placed inside the tank of compatible commercial frying equipment where it remains exposed to the cooking oil for continuous temperature sensing. It operates as an integral component of the system heat-sensing and control assembly.
