The Pitco B6700608-C Wiring Probe Service Kit is a replacement part that is used to carry out the probe wiring and connection service in commercial kitchen fryers. It is to be used in fryers as a replacement for damaged probe wiring assemblies and proper temperature sensing. The kit is mounted in the control head or temperature sensor of the fryer, whereby it provides the connection of the probe element to the control circuit and aids in the correct functioning of the temperature regulation system.
