The Silver King 25567 Adaptor Bar is designed to support a creative divider spacing in food prep equipment that is refrigerated allowing for the arrangement of food pans during storage and preparation. It fits across the inside pan support area, so that various pan sizes stay properly positioned and do not move during access and refilling operations. The bar is mounted in the cold wells and prep table areas that are compatible with the refrigerated holding area and is integrated with the internal support rails to ensure containers are organized inside the refrigerated holding area.
