The Belshaw U-1001S Donut Maker Star Plunger 1-9/16" operates by forcing cake dough into a pressurized cylinder and forcing it through a star-shaped opening to form a unique ribbed texture. This mechanical movement will provide a uniform portioning and definite geometric shaping in each dispensing cycle. The component is mounted on the center stud of a Type B or Type F depositor and is submerged in the hopper during operation. This is made of food-grade material and is connected to the internal dial to control the amount of dough that is released into the pan.
