The Waring/Qualheim BJ120C Citrus Juicer is used for motor-driven rotation to squeeze the juice out of citrus fruit using a reamer and strainer. Juice is segregated with pulp and collected in an area as fruit is pressed on the reamer. This unit is usually mounted on a counter in food service or beverage service areas. It is also made to handle continuous juicing operations and therefore it has the capacity to load and unload citrus frequently. The internal parts and the housing allow the flow of juice to be controlled and pulp separation to be controlled.
