The Blodgett BL18588 Oven Temperature Probe 36" 31" Wire measures internal cooking conditions through a sensing tip that detects heat changes. Convert them into electrical-resistance signals in commercial appliance settings during operating cycles. The probe transmits these signals through the wire to the control system and enabling temperature monitoring and regulation and communicates readings continuously for system response adjustments. It is placed inside the oven cavity with the wire routed to the control panel for connection to the monitoring unit.
