The Blodgett 18404 Oven Door Assembly Left Hinge Glass DFG-50 works by closing the cooking chamber to retain internal temperatures and enabling the operators to see the progress of the food using the transparent pane. This part is on a left-side hinge mechanism, which opens to allow access to the drawers and closes to fit the thermal gasket. It is mounted on the front frame of the convection stove. The frame is fitted with high-temperature glass to support the regular kitchen activities of heat cycling.
