The Blodgett 36584 Convection Oven Replacement Module Kit MK111H is an electrical control that uses electrical signals to coordinate the heating elements, fans and control inputs in a convection oven. It interprets the instructions given by the control interface and allocates power and communication to other parts attached in the cooking cycles. This module kit is fitted to the inside of the control compartment and is mounted either on the rear of the front panel or the side access area, depending on model configuration.
