The Blodgett 50928 Combi Oven Logic Control Board BC2/BX Series is used to control by taking the signals of sensors and operator controls, processing them, and controlling the oven systems, based on the computerized logic of cooking. Internal circuitry of the board reads setpoints and performs sequenced operations to provide fine control of the cycles. This logic control board is mounted inside the control compartment and is connected to the front panel, wiring harnesses and the internal components. It is installed when it is being assembled or when it is being replaced during service.
