The Cleveland KE53441-1 Mixing Kettle Blower Assembly works by sucking in ambient air and pressurizing it to allow the efficient combustion process required to heat the air. This mechanical unit makes use of a high-speed internal fan to control the air flow and provide a constant oxygen flow to the burner. This is fitted in the burner housing base of the pot unit to connect directly with the gas manifold. The assembly is driven by a powerful motor and a housing that would be able to withstand the high temperatures of a commercial kitchen setting.
