The Carter Hoffmann 18312-0404 Control Overlay is a two channel, three timer interface that is used to control timed functions on compatible commercial foodservice equipment. It has labeled touch points which are preset timing controls and can be used by the operators to start, stop and monitor multiple timing cycles during operation. It is installed on the front control panel and the internal switches and electronic controls are aligned with the overlay to ensure the correct input recognition.
