The Carter Hoffmann 183120479 Control Overlay is a replacement panel of a membrane marked with three timer settings: 4, 5 and 6, fitted to compatible foodservice equipment. It provides them the ability to choose and observe the timed cooking or holding cycles on the control board of the appliance.
