The CMA Dishmachines 13951.21 Heater Tank W/Gaskets E-TEMP passes electrical currents inside heating elements to heat water to the desired cleaning temperature and circulates water to ensure that heat is evenly distributed throughout the wash cycle. Integrated gaskets close all the junctions and covers, manage the water flow and restrain the heated liquid inside the tank. This is mounted directly into the wash cabinet of the dishwasher, underneath the main wash tank and hooked up to the water and control systems to complete the heating and circulation process in the E-TEMP series machine.
