The Henny Penny 65073 Fryer Contactor 3-Pole 50A 24V operates by regulating the amount of electrical current in commercial fryers that is used to activate the heating elements in the fryers. It is an automatic switch that open and close the circuit to control flow of power depending on the control system of the fryer. This contactor is installed in the electrical compartment of the fryer where it is connected to the wiring assembly so that they can manage the electrical operation appropriately during cooking cycles.
