The Crown Steam 5448-1 Combination Natural Gas Control works by taking signals sent in by the appliance thermostat and turning the pressure to the burner either on or off. This is a part that is fitted in the gas train of a commercial steam cooking part between the gas supply line and the burner assembly. The controller coordinates the start-up, operation and shutdown procedures and also maintains a stable combustion regime. It is intended to connect with the ignition systems, pressure regulators and safety sensors as an integrated gas control system.
