The Crown Steam 7403-1 Tilting Skillet Gear Box Assembly is used to deliver the motor power to the rotation of the pan so that the cooking surface can move to either pour or stir the contents. It works with a combination of motors that manage speed and torque so that the turning action is controlled when in use. This will be directly mounted on the bottom of a component and it will be in line with the existing motor and drive components to be installed and integrated into the cooking apparatus.
