The Insinger D2264 Pressure Reducing Valve 3/4" is a female thread connection to the pipe and is utilized in commercial appliances to control the incoming water pressure. The valve is installed on the line of water supply and reduces and stabilizes pressure before the water gets into the appliance. In actual kitchen operation, controlled pressure will aid in protecting internal parts of the solenoid valves, spray arms and piping against excessive pressure which may interfere with the efficiency. The valve is a component of the plumbing system in the dish machine to maintain a steady supply of water.
