The Doyon PC100012-2 Top Roller Assembly is used to control the internal rotation of the conveyor system. This part swivels around its axis to minimise friction among moving components to allow a glide passage in the shaping process. This is placed in the upper carriage of the food sheeter or molder and firmly against the frame to hold the primary rollers. The unit is made up of a cylindrical body and attached to end caps which are built in to interface directly with the drive mechanism of the machine and support brackets.
