The Component Hardware Group E80-X010 Pre-Rinse Basket 20" X 20" X 2-1/4" SS enables the water to pass through its perforated stainless steel structure which keeps dishes or utensils in place during rinsing processes. Products are placed in the basket and water flows through to loosen debris then they are washed. The basket can be placed in commercial sinks and safely placed on support rails or in special holes which is an effective way to organize and handle dishes when cleaning a large amount of dishes.
