The Sloan EBV1022A Urinal Diaphragm Kit is a pressure and release-controlled water-regulating part for use in a flushometer system. It is a diaphragm type mechanism that opens and closes the valve passage for the measured discharge of water for urinal operation. Installed in compatible flushometer valve assemblies found in commercial restroom urinals. It contains internal replacement parts for servicing diaphragm parts that are damaged and have an impact on the flushing performance. The assembly assist to ensure the proper flow of water through the system during the valve's operating cycle, both when the valve is activated and when it is shut off.
