The Electrolux 0S2092 Detergent C11 is used in commercial dishwashing machines to combine with water so as to loosen soils and residues on the dishware during the wash cycles. It is discharged via the chemical feed system of the machine which dispenses the right amount of it in each wash based on cycle programming. The detergent is stored in a 2-5 liter container attached to the dispenser lines and placed close to the dishwasher or warewasher. This position enables easy refilling and maintains, the chemical supply as part of the cleaning system of the appliance.
