The Frymaster FM803-0124 Hot Oil Filter Sheet is used to filter particles and debris when poured through hot cooking oil to keep the oil clear. The sheets are single-use, and solids can be easily disposed of after use of the sheet. These sheets are laid down on top of the oil filtration system or the container of a fryer and they act as a shield against undesired food particles. They are designed in such a way that they can retain the oil flowing through the construction and trap particles, which makes them effective in keeping the cooking oil clean.
