The Frymaster FM8030100 Sediment Tray 14" X 12-3/8" x 6-3/4"H collects food particles and debris by capturing, the sediment that settles on the cooking oil during use. It assists in isolating undesirable residue in circulating oil to facilitate the normal operation. This tray is set up on the support rails on the bottom of the fryer, under the vat. It acts as the main sediment retention unit, whereby the debris is deposited as the oil passes through the system. Its position in the fryer system allows it to operate continuously as it handles accumulation formed in the process of normal cooking.
