The Frymaster FM806-1658 Temperature Probe Assembly detects the temperature within compatible equipment and sends the measured thermal signal to the control system. The probe uses its sensing element to monitor heat conditions, while the included Loctite supports the threaded connection during installation. This assembly is positioned at the designated probe mounting point inside the fryer, where it can sense cooking oil temperature. The part is supplied as an assembly with Loctite and is intended for compatible equipment. Its construction allows the sensing section to extend into the monitored area while the connection remains secured at the mounting place.
