The Frymaster FM8070280 High Limit Adapter Lead Wires 18" is a key electrical connection between the extreme limit thermostat and the internal ignition system of the pan. These are conductors of 18 inches that carry electrical signals to enable the process of automatic shutdown in case the internal oil temperatures are higher than a set precautionary limit. It is a wiring element that is situated inside the internal control cabinet, and the switch terminals are hard-wired into the main circuit harness.
