The Frymaster FM810-2805 Swivel Caster W/O Break 2" X 3/4" Plate Mount 100 Lbs Load Capacity wheel is placed on a surface base to allow it to move directionally without a braking system. This is attached to the bottom surface of compatible fryers or other such commercial kitchen equipment frames. Developed to be used in mobility applications, it assists in repositioning units when cleaning or in the process of maintenance. This is attached to the equipment base with normal fasteners, and the swivel feature allows movement in various directions across the kitchen floors.
