Step1: Disconnect power supply completely and ensure fryer is fully cool before starting work.
Step2: Remove front access panel and carefully locate the oil filter pump motor assembly.
Step3: Disconnect wiring harness connections and remove old gasket carefully from motor housing.
Step4: Install new motor with gasket, align properly, and secure all fittings tightly.
Step5: Reconnect wiring, restore power supply, and thoroughly test filter pump operation.
