The Follett PI502790 Evaporator Retrofit Kit is an upgrade to the evaporator system that replaces specific parts of the system to resume the ice-making process with regulated heat exchange and refrigeration circulation. The kit allows adequate communication between the evaporator surface and the circulating refrigerant to allow the formation of ice and release to occur uniformly during operation. It is fitted in the evaporator part of compatible ice machines. The kit is designed to fit retrofit applications and has configured parts that are designed to fit the existing mounting points and connections.
