The Pitco 60040701 Glass Fuse 1/4" X 1-1/4" 0.062A 250V is a current-limiting system that conducts the current through a calibrated metal element that is enclosed within a glass tube. An overcurrent of the rated current causes the element to melt open the circuit and prevent the flow of electricity to other components. The fuse is mounted in line with the compatible control boards, power supply lines or terminal housings in which circuit interruption is needed. The transparent glass housing enables one to see the element condition, and the standardized size allows it to be fitted in the system.
