The Garland GL4515805 Dial Scale 450°F is an internal temperature measuring tool that works on a calibrated sensing mechanism that reacts to the changes in heat and converts them into a visual reading on a needle. The internal sensor increases and shifts the indicator over marked increments to be monitored when it is in operation. This is normally attached to the control panel or front interface of compatible cooking equipment.
