The Garland GL224008 Cheesemelter Chrome Metal Knob is used to adjust the settings of equipment by converting the manual rotation into the movement of the internal valve or control shaft. The knob is used to adjust the component that is connected to control the desired functionality in use. This knob is fitted on the front control panel of the cheese melter, in line with the control stem.
