The Groen GRZ071234 Drain Valve is an internal port, which is opened or closed to release water or other fluids out of a boiler, steamer, or kettle. It operates by rotating valve handle and this rotates the internal mechanism to either allow fluid to pass or prevent fluid flow by blocking the path. This drain valve is fitted at the bottom of the vessel or plumbing system where the condensate, wash water or surplus liquid must be drained off. It is in line with the drain piping and becomes part of the control and removal of fluids when it is operating.
