The Alto-Shaam GS23796 Door Gasket Silicone 4-Rib 30-1/2" X 22" provides an interface that is used to seal the frame of the door to block the air exchange when the door opens or closes. The four rib profile bends to address the frame contour, yet has similar contacts at opening and closing cycles. It fits on the perimeter of the equipment door and is seated in the channel. The ribbed design fits in size to provide even pressure to the closure and assists in keeping the internal conditions constant in the working process.
