The TurboChef HCT-4067 Conveyor Oven Air Filter collects air and grease produced in the cooking process and keeps the air flowing and keeps the internal parts of the oven clean. It is fitted in the ventilation system of the conveyor oven where it is installed to filter the air before it flows past heating components and conveyor belts. The filter becomes a part of the airflow system of the oven, which minimises the accumulation of dirt on the internal surfaces, and contributes to the stable performance of cooking.
