The Market Forge 97-5019 Heating Element with Gasket offers 12kW of heating capacity with 208 volts of commercial electric steam Jacketed kettles. It uses electric power to heat the water in a kettle to a desired temperature. Fitted directly into the heating chamber of the kettle and placed with its gasket it provides an adequate thermal transfer and eliminates leaks. It is used in foodservice, where it is used to maintain a steady temperature of cooking soups, sauces, and other high-volume preparations and to assist with an accurate and uniform heating mechanism.
